Shipping & Pick Up Policy
During the holiday season, there may be delays in receiving your order due to our delivery partners. We appreciate your patience and support in this time.
All orders will be packed and sent Monday to Friday. We offer same day dispatch if you order by 11:30am AEST (excluding public holidays).
Once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post, Made for Lashes Pty Ltd is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. If the Australia Post driver deems your location to be safe - they will leave your parcel. We are not liable for the drivers actions.

In the unlikely event that that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. You can lodge an enquiry into missing parcels with Australia Post here.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to sender, you will be liable for further shipping cost. This must be paid within 7 business days of your order being returned to our warehouse in Springvale, Victoria. After 7 business days without shipping payment, we will discard your order.
Pick-up Policy
Please note, as we are a small team, life happens and we may need to step out of the warehouse for unforeseen circumstances.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email. Please only come once you have received this email.
Pick up hours from our Vermont warehouse (inside Clik Collective - 203 Rooks Road Vermont) are:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
We are now holding pick up orders for 7 business days from day of purchase
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
