Shipping & Pick Up

All orders will be packed and sent Monday to Thursday. We offer same day dispatch if you order by 1:00pm AEDT (excluding public holidays).

Once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post, Made for Lashes Pty Ltd is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels.

 

All orders are sent via Australia Post. If the Australia Post driver deems your location to be safe - they will leave your parcel. We are not liable for the drivers actions.

In the unlikely event that that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. You can lodge an enquiry into missing parcels with Australia Post here.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to sender, you will be liable for further shipping cost. This must be paid within 7 business days of your order being returned to our warehouse in Springvale, Victoria. After 7 business days without shipping payment, we will discard your order.

Pick-up Policy

Please note, MFL is a team of one. Life happens and we may need to step out of the warehouse for unforeseen circumstances.

When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email. Please only come once you have received this email.

Pick up is from our Springvale warehouse inside Flexie Units 38/64 Willow Ave, Springvale. Located at Springvale Business Park.

Monday to Thursday: 11am - 1pm
